ordered some spa services for my parents and it didn't really get coordinated so well

the customer service of the staff was awesome. the view in the spa was relaxing.

each stay came with a spa credit and the food was amazing

the activities included, food was fresh from farm to table, restaurant reasonable prices and the spa area was

spa was too expensive and kine of the staff knew their services clearly, the description of the

spa staff a tad questionable

also the spa and pool facilities are heaven, very clean but also surrounded by breathtaking views

first night both spa and pool was taken over by a family of 14 that were down there

the front desk staff apologized and let me know they could assist with me using the one in their kitchen if i

it was clean. nice room. breakfast was delicious especially the peach cobbler waffle!

everything was great except that someone charged food & alcohol to my room (as room service) while i was actually

bed, black out windows, can t ask for more when having a couple nights away from the kids

although they were able to give us the rooms we requested for the next day but with three kids, it’s a hassle

but i imagine it would be really fun on a full weekend as well given the fire pits, pool, and party spaces

they had a mixture of family and adult events from happy hour to trick roping for kids; it definitely felt like

have a bathroom close by you had to walk and use the same facilities everyone is using at the pool

the facilitie was super clean, the bed super cozy! we had the pool to our self!

the park(retreath) is beautifull. location is great. pool is amazing. go!!
