kinda messy around pool area

the breakfast and the breakfast fast area were great.

wifi and elevators were out

parking was hassle-free, and hot water was consistently available

breakfast was very good

the staff are all amazing, & the spa was wonderful

spa experience was excellent and all the staff were helpful

lovely comfortable bed, great cuisine, quiet and private grounds, great spa weekend

extra charge for full breakfast, otherwise a

continental breakfast was a bit pedestrian for the all else that is offered

they did not tell us the pool was closed or give any information regarding where ice was located or breakfast

the pool is small

room was by the pool and loud of screaming children and adults.

specifically called to i quote if hot tub/spa was working before i booked, the front desk ensures me it was

great breakfast, nice, clean hotel.

i wouldn't allow my kids to swim in pool

pool was green and so we weren t able to use it

you plan on utilizing any of the spa services, make sure to call in advance to make a reservation

spa and restaurant could be open but because of the pandemic it can t, so

the full breakfast and happy hour.

the rooms were clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 kids, 6 and under)

kids even get shirley temples for free at happy hour

extra for a spa tub & didn t not get that

the spa tub and rain shower head. could tell it had been remodeled and was done very nicely.

we booked this hotel specifically to relax in the spa after our flight but swimming pool was not cleaned,

pool was indoor and outdoor with nice gym and sauna

gym equipment was outdated/glitchy

wifi was not free

i liked the late check out

the pool was dirty the kids couldn t get

gym is nice for its size, open 24 hr which is perfect for my needs, one small weight and tv remote

no room service

the breakfast wasn't my favorite and the pool is tiny.

no ice bag, no laundry bag etc etc

understand with covid the no offering the setup for breakfast but they could have at least allowed guest to ask

free breakfast is certainly adequate, but uninspired
