an added bonus was the spa and pool facilities which we had free access to which was a real treat for the kids

loved the ability to use the spa in the sister

we used the spa twice during the stay and it was clean and good facilities

i liked it all! but i wasn t sure where spa was because signs weren t very visible.

we could hardly get near the bar most of the time, far to many people from the boxing hanging around the bar

wifi is dreadful. intermittent at best. still only one lift working - that's about 2 years now!

its very peaceful rooms are very spacious and comfortable the spa is open until 10pm the bar has an outside area

were informed the day before arrival that the spa was fully working, on arrival nothing was working, the pool

hopefully the swimming pool and spa will be working when we visit the next time

bath had no plug so could not relax in the bath tub, the spa was closed for refurbishment

spa prices are a bit high and would like to see a sauna/hot tub facility for all not just the

in here for our anniversary after having a spa day and it s a lovely hotel

spa getting turned off at 11pm ( although the staff came in a little later to got a little bit

maybe a little more wardrobe space and a gym and spa would put it yet another level.

entrance road is narrow and can easily be blocked by someone parking their car in the wrong space

really enjoyed the hydro pool and spa and was made to feel very welcome could not fault the staff could not have

just loved having the spa and pool, and the countryside was such a bonus

and staff are busy so there was no one to offer us a drink which we were told came with the spa area it's just
