wifi is dreadful. intermittent at best. still only one lift working - that's about 2 years now!

was trouble in the hotel because of the place being to busy and with loads of drunks around the bar and reception

had to buy an extra room for kids

beds were very uncomfortable and the noise was terrible kids running up and down the corridor all night

lovely stay before going on holiday great bar and restaurant

the spa was a nice addition to melt away some stress and just relax

i had a spa weekend stay and everything from start to finish will excellent best things about the hotel 1

we enjoyed using the pool and spa facilities on the day of check-out

room was situated a good bit away from the main building, down a few corridors and next to the spa

partner played a round of golf while i had a massage and used the spa the golf course is very run down more like

the wifi was really fast and it had sky sports so i was able to watch some pl matches during my stay

we stayed over christmas and they were very attentive and excellent in accommodating the kids

room service was very convenient and the lemon tart was wonderful

the toilet was spacious and the rainfall shower was excellent

the spa although small is so relaxing and an extra special touch when having a night away

booked the wellness suite and managed to get the spa to ourselves for the hour

the spa was amazing the drinks were really nice and all staff very nice too
