laptop couldnt connect to wifi

having a nice large suite for my husband and son, very spacious, glad there was a gym and washer/dryer

and accommodating, from the valet staff to the front desk to restaurant staff through to the spa therapists

room location and spa amenities were sparse

it can be a little pricey. the spa is fantastic but a little high end.

everything was great in the room, spa and restaurant. very attentive staff

we went up to the rooftop cocktail bar on our first night but waited 15 minutes to get served without success

we spent a lot of $$$ ie 2 rooms, spa services, dinner with pricey wine & not once was there any warmth from

kind, professional and friendly, from check-in, to dinner/breakfast, to beach facilities, valet parking and in

excellent variety of options for breakfast. everything was delicious.

the gym and pool they have are 2 miles away from the hotel and you have to pay for a day pass.

my floor near our room there were 2 rooms with kids the parents let them run and yell up and down the hallway

they even provided coloring pages and crayons which helped to occupy the kids

the second reason why iscored a 8/10 is because the area is so pet friendly but the closet place to walk my

room #5 gas fireplace inoperable, told this to staff on 3 separate occasions, but was not fixed, this was one

my favorite part was the instant light fireplace - so cool

the fireplace in the room was what sold me on this place

i adored the fireplace and the view of the water

pool and spa were very clean

it lacks a pool or waterfront acces (both surpringly rare amenities in newport) it features a gym, on site

wifi was very patchy and only worked in the bedroom, and even then not all the time

we had our pet with us and they had a dog bed and dog dishes waiting for her in the room

we found 2 empty beer cans in our kids room.

the wifi was not working in my room, but they offered to correct it.
