amazing staff spa bath

crisp and comfortable,all the home comforts,bed super comfy,spa bath amazing and fresh fruit was a lovely touch

plenty of room in the bathroom with a spa type tub and a separate shower

room was wonderfully spacious, even given that we had the sofa converted to a bed, with an extra bed added to

handy location right next to the observatory. very spacious & luxurious cabin with a spa bath.

good, but added to an already quite expensive stay, so we made use of our own well equipped kitchen in the

easy parking

liked the fact we stayed in a castle also our room ( the josephine room) had a spa bath food on the fine dining

no spa or pool which i would expext at this price point

thus would be an ideal location for a pool and spa as the weather isn t

our bathroom in the de lucy room seemed to be situated above the kitchen, and as such smelled strongly of roast

breakfast was lovely + location is superb.

arrive thinking it's a spa hotel

riverdale hotel & spa whilst not cheap it does offer good value for money compared to some other overight

definitely pet friendly from the people with dogs i observed

well laid out hotel, plenty of parking.

vegetarian breakfast wasn t terribly tasty but was ok.

the room was large and spacious

the balcony room is a lovely space to stay the room extras are a nice touch elemis toiletries bottled water

hotel pool and facilities also used for spa days and it was quite busy at 6pm, there was nowhere to sit

excellent breakfast and main meals great spa facilities in fantastic setting

spa facilities are great although a new spa suite is under construction

perfect for where i was going had a bar (did have draft pumps but only sold drinks out of cans) pool

to the main road i wasn't unduly disturbed by traffic noise, and the rooms are well away from the bar so no

they had a pool table

dining or drinking options, but that wasn't rogers fault as the kitchen and bar staff left during the covid

arriving back at around 5 pm on our second day we found the bar closed and no obvious means of ingress to the

room was spacious and clean - with all the comforts we needed

staff were great, room was lovely and very good breakfast. spa area was great

spa needs to have designated times for adults only, paid a lot of money for a relaxing stay to be

spa facilities are amazing

spa was our only thing we could say needed improving but we still enjoyed ourselves and looking to

an impressive approach uphill to the hotel and wider complex of cottages, the fitness suite, spa and swimming

the pool and spa area is in need of renovation - i believe these are already planned for future

it was a shame the spa was undergoing renovation but that didn't ruin the trip.

however staff made it up to us by giving us a voucher to go back for the spa which made up for it

the spacious garden makes one feel very relaxed plus a large car parking area

parking was great very secure as i had race bikes in my van , checked in straight away and just

great wifi

stayed in a superior king room, which had a sitting room, terrace and a jacuzzi spa bath
