this visit i switched to bar for dinner and the experience much easier and friendlier

room service was kind of weak.

bar had excellent food and the bartender was delightful

the spa is not a spa at all. it's really sad. the carpet was stained....very dated.

i stayed there for 5 days, and i had not room service.

the included breakfast bar far surpassed most buffets experienced when traveling

restaurant and bar were closed for dinner but on the upside the shuttle took us to the blue ridge grill which

there were the perfect amount of electrical outlets and well spaced for my work needs

i learned that there was conference in town and that may be the reason king spa seems so booked

didn't like that there was no spa for a massage

having the bar open all day so i could get a drink or a cappuccino would have been great

room was clean. pool and gym facilities. the trees outside.

wifi was open (not secured with encryption/password) and very slow, about 1mbps up/less than 1mbps

no full mini kitchen just a mini fridge and single cup coffee maker

i loved that it's pet friendly and the breakfast was awesome

you can walk across a parking lot to a great restaurant

it was disappointing that the spa and indoor pool were in the process of being resurfaced, so they were closed

covd-19.....we would have loved to take time to enjoy the spa or golf had we planned in advance

is beautiful and they had everything ready and even more things than i ever could ask for the spa was the best

kids felt welcome and taken care of the second they stepped through the entrance and smelled the spa like
