our bathroom was large spacious and crystal clean

wifi password was not displayed in the room

breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent

the setting and the trees were in a beautiful position, and ple ty of parking.

part of the spa facilities were under refurbishing so not useable

we were in a lovely small room and the spa area, though small, is really nice, too (though quite busy at times

this could be an amazing place with some investment an ideal spa

the spa could be updated to at least provide shower gel and more than one shower for people on getting

cleanliness could be improved in communal areas. spa old and mouldy so did not use

no proper bar to sit in. across the road is very good though

dinner was good breakfast excellent

breakfast in the morning was excellent

a separate bar area with comfortable seating would be useful

location, warmth, decor. friendly owners and staff, great food (breakfast)

riverdale hotel & spa whilst not cheap it does offer good value for money compared to some other overight

arrive thinking it's a spa hotel

nice hotel in a good location, enough parking, beautiful view from the bedroom to wake up to

free room service and i had all my meals in comfort in my room, on the table set up there, looking out

dinner was exceptional, as was the breakfast

a great alternative to a spa weekend

plenty of room in the bathroom with a spa type tub and a separate shower

crisp and comfortable,all the home comforts,bed super comfy,spa bath amazing and fresh fruit was a lovely touch

room was wonderfully spacious, even given that we had the sofa converted to a bed, with an extra bed added to

thus would be an ideal location for a pool and spa as the weather isn t

liked the fact we stayed in a castle also our room ( the josephine room) had a spa bath food on the fine dining

no spa or pool which i would expext at this price point

the grounds are well tended, and there was plenty of parking available

beautiful location, breakfast very good. evening meal exceptional as was the service

thirdly when calling the phone number provided all calls bar one was ignored

good, but added to an already quite expensive stay, so we made use of our own well equipped kitchen in the

accomodation was great, food was great, bar and beer garden were great and the hospitality team were awesome
