the manager gave me a discount on my room for the spa and shower being dirty

was hair and some kind of goop in the spa tub

the spa tub is really nice

the pool room was very very hot if you weren t in the water

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and we loved the spa tub and ac was cold.

quiet hours didn t seem to be observed well, spa tub not cleaned very well

the pool and spa were great! the room was good and i loved how dark the room got for sleeping.

spa should be for adults only, not kids

should not claim a swimming pool if it is not heated to usable temperature or an exercise spa room if the

remotes didn t work and spa tub could have been cleaner also no shower liner and had to dry half the floor

my 'non smoking' room was obviously a smoking room up until the time i checked in

there was a ring of dirt around the spa tub from where it wasn't clean prior to the arrival.

i liked the spa tub being in the bed room.

for the spa bath it was slippery i was afraid we fall but it was very relaxing

the golf course, spa and pool were closed but we were still expected to pay full price

loved my room, very clean, spa bath was the reason i booked !

pool was large and had good water and a spa plus lazy river. golf facility was a bonus.

the casino. could of have had more women.

and pool bar are understaffed big time
