pool and spa area was very unkept

staff was horrible and rude, breakfast served was disgusting and we paid for a room with a spa in the room,

and spa not in service due to not being inspected

was green and spa not working floors are super creaky and pop when walked on, can hear people walking above

parking lot had lots of cigarette butts on the ground

they were rude, false advertisement of a spa tub, reeked of pot smell

said spa tub but tub didn t work and the front desk said oh well

also, we paid for the spa tub room, and were told it didn t work after i was in it (my partner called down

the king suite with spa tub is close and priced well so that i can treat myself 1-2x/month

the spa tub was in the bathroom and it was small.

the mark restaurant in the hotel is excellent breakfast , lunch and dinner with a great bar attached as well

the location, the staff, the peace and quiet, the room service, the layouts of the room, just about everything

would love to have room service for coffee etc.

the fact that i asked and requested a room with spa tub and didn t get it

web indicated the room would have a spa tub, but it did not have one

was supposed to have a spa tube

i booked a king room with a spa tub, when i got to the property i was informed that room didn't even exist

no wifi temperature of room was poor bed not comfortable elevators not

there wasn t much in the way of parking.

the customer service was excellent as we arrived after the hotel's restaurent and bar had closed (and with an

conveniently located; street parking, nicely maintained property.

the inn had a wonderful bar and restaurant on site and was located near the center of town with multiple

there is only street parking, and it could be blocks away.

great outside pool

great gym!

for a meeting such as ours, waiters not well trained and inefficient, service too slow, no room

friendly staff; and amenities (exercise room, pool, restaurant, comfortable room, good location, good overall

no laundry service is really a problem.
