spa rooms are perfect for a parents get-a-way from the kids

excellent customer service. clean pool & spa mostly good breakfast- many choices

wanted to go swimming but the pool and hot spa looked murky and uninviting

room was way too hectic to eat in there-- nowhere to sit, kids running everywhere and screaming

our room was to near the kitchen. water in shower was much to hot .

issue with our jetted spa tub in room but was able to clear up on first night

bed was hard the spa tub i thought would be bigger.

there is little parking immediately on property, and you have to park in the shopping center

the location is great and being in between balston spa and saratoga springs means lots of restaurant options
