read online that they were pet friendly, but the hostess at the front desk told us no pets in spa room

paid for the spa bath and the bath didn t work

was rude, hotel was dirty, pool was not usable because it was too cold

pet thing, online stated pet friendly but lady said no when we arrived

breakfast is brought to you in the morning and is was fresh

the owner was super nice, place is fabulous and the view is lovely :) breakfast was the best :)

the staff at the time was nice, and they do have a laundry in unit which wasn't expensive

nice laundry room needs coin operation

the spa was great and the room was beautiful. we enjoyed the house wine.

only thing that kinda was a bummer is the ice spa is not open

scheduling for spa and entertainment hours was not well advertised or made known

the pool was closed, no spa was available both understandingly because covid and low employment but that

spa was closed

room service was very prompt and when i myself forgot to ask for condiments they brought it up to

i love the kind friendly staff from housekeeping to the crow s best brunch and spa personnel.

the ladies in tbe spa area downstairs really stood out

location in anchorage downtown, very spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms

i did not check out the spa/pool/gym area though

we were told that because we were staying for long enough we could use the spa at hotel next door

for some than others) but the big surprise was the complimentary access to a full fitness and spa club just

facilities are clean, spacious, and you get a kitchenette

looks kinda lame on the outside but the rooms are great, nice beds, kitchenette

sign posted above the hot tub stated the hours for the spa were until midnight

large room. comfy bed and great breakfast! also pool was good , my kids loved it

wish the swimming pool had parent control, parent demanded to stay there with their kids, no matter their age

there was only one staff that was a bit rude to my kids when they went to go swimming after 10.

not as clean as i would like, some hairs in the bathroom and kitchenette could have done with a deep clean

incident with the female staff talking rudely for no reason i was clean quiet nd kept to myself n kids

rooms and beds / nice and clean / close to airport / pool and spa area

there is a pool and spa that is great to use after a long day

was nice to have the hotel shuttle to take us to and from airport

fact that it s never overcrowded the staff s always friendly prices are very reasonable the pool area and

covid changes like pool not open and restaurant take out with small menu

i was surprised at the cozy lobby with a fireplace

location will be even better when renovations completed , loved the fact on site laundry

the gym was pretty good

but since it s a pet free property, might i suggest some mouse traps or poison
