sign posted above the hot tub stated the hours for the spa were until midnight

our kids loved the breakfast made to order and the pool

had to request room service wasn't too thrilled about that (i miss the times where this was the standard)

only thing was kind of sad but there were drunk homeless people congregating in the parking

parking lot is not the best and the staff wasn t welcoming

spa tub was big enough to fit 2 bodies

kitchen had a stove and microwave but no utensils

scheduling for spa and entertainment hours was not well advertised or made known

it s called the hotel and spa but the spa was closed no daily housekeeping service

we ate at the nearby bear paw bar & grill and it was good

room service was very prompt and when i myself forgot to ask for condiments they brought it up to

just a sorry, was not offered any towles etc and had to ask for them, then we went to krder room service 15 min

i love the kind friendly staff from housekeeping to the crow s best brunch and spa personnel.

location in anchorage downtown, very spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms

kids cut swimming time short because they couldn't warm up withhot tub though

we were told that because we were staying for long enough we could use the spa at hotel next door

for some than others) but the big surprise was the complimentary access to a full fitness and spa club just

liked having a little sitting room and kitchenette

good value for the money - free breakfast, free wifi, free parking, and a manager's reception every day

shuttle service, friendly staff, room was cozy, yet spacious

fitness center was not open due to covid, but thats understandable.

there is a pool and spa that is great to use after a long day

rooms and beds / nice and clean / close to airport / pool and spa area

the same day) due to canceled travel due to avalanche, they managed to fit us in and gave us an early check in

the hotel also has an airport shuttle and bistro

comfy beds, clean room, bar and bistro a few min from airport!

being so close to the airport and having shuttle service made my trip so much easier
