spent an extra $20 per night for a spa tub and they did not have anything available when we arrived

i loved the deep spa tub in the bathroom

the entertainment , service , the room and the location of pool and restaurant

we went to the encore bar and grill

i love the location/wifi/attractions

beautiful resort with friendly staff. spa was relaxing.

we were supposed to have a spa tub but to was just a regular tub

and spa were closed due to roof damages

been a tornado in the town a few months ago, (long before we booked our room) and the pool and spa area wasn't

always clean, complimentary breakfast, pool and hot tub!

the wifi was fast and my daughters could stream movies on it

the parking lot is covered in trash

room was stated to have a spa bath and there was none

location was good, pool was nice

the breakfast and pool was fully open that was the only downside

they were very close to our destination and had a good breakfast

staff was amazing, great breakfast

oh and the spa is horrible the sauna light didn't work either

the spa well there isn't one as it says there is one

arrived to our room 334 that had a very strong musty smell, felt humid, and the carpeting felt moist

stayed on a wednesday so the tiki bar down by the pool was closed

location was awesome, the view from the balcony was beautiful and the kids pool was great to have in addition

the tv in the bathroom didn't work along with the spa bath that didn't even get fixed while i was there

i got into the spa no hassle next day service

booked this hotel as a weekend get away and specifically wanted a hotel with a spa

spa was amazing and the staff at the front desk was amazing and so friendly

the room smelled of stale cigarettes and wet dog (smoke & pet free facility)

no wifi in the room at all. wifi outside but not even a little in the room.

a few cars in the parking lot but had a family with an infant who was placed right next door whose crying kept

i picked this property over the others because of the access to a spa bath in the room as well

broken toilet seat. spa out of service.

facility, towels at the doors and windows, staff stated pool was heated- is not- just humid and spa was empty

the little kids that were running up and down the hall screaming for a short time

3/4 restaurants weren t open because of the virus. there were no room service food options.

um the long walk to the fitness area

parking was a hassle

depending on what building you were in the parking could be really good or pretty bad

outdoor pool could have been bigger
