beautiful resort with friendly staff. spa was relaxing.

spent an extra $20 per night for a spa tub and they did not have anything available when we arrived

i loved the deep spa tub in the bathroom

they had petals on the floor and our bed has it was our 25th wedding

need a contental breakfast. need an outdoor pool besides the encore swim up bar for children

i had my dog so being pet friendly was a plus

i got into the spa no hassle next day service

booked this hotel as a weekend get away and specifically wanted a hotel with a spa

the tv in the bathroom didn't work along with the spa bath that didn't even get fixed while i was there

spa tub was tiny. very loud hotel.

both visits we stayed in one of the spa suites

oh and the spa is horrible the sauna light didn't work either

the spa well there isn't one as it says there is one

wish pool bar would have been open. but we were there during the week.

the outside pool and hot tub is always clean and great for swim or a relaxing night

also the gym didn t have ac and a lot of equipment broken i know most people don t work at lake but

food was excellent at every place we ate, spa was wonderful

option to book spa services called and emailed before we arrived never received anything from them just to get

my kids and i sat there for a bit of a time and these ladies at the cashier just stared at us not even

the wifi was going in & out

rude delivery when i called them back, parking very far (3 small children), dirty (dated), wifi didn't connect

pool had a lot of people who weren't staying at the resort there, which made it a little more

water park was terrible

our room had pet hair in it and looked like it was never swept

i picked this property over the others because of the access to a spa bath in the room as well

facility, towels at the doors and windows, staff stated pool was heated- is not- just humid and spa was empty

broken toilet seat. spa out of service.

they were two different families that were being extremely loud and their kids were running back-and-forth up

price & the pool is open 24 hrs.

during labor day weekend when we stayed the pool was closed. other than that, no complaints.

the pool area was not well kept and the bathroom in the pool area was disgusting with no running and

checked out the next morning at 7, doors were locked so no free breakfast as ruben had mentioned the night

breakfast was poor, hot water was warm not hot, an older motel that needs upgrading

only good thing was the pool.

the man at the front desk when we arrived was super nice! kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

bed was super comfortable. breakfast very good.
