room was stated to have a spa bath and there was none

pool was being worked on which was disappointing

staff was amazing, great breakfast

the breakfast at hotel looked delicious

breakfast was fine for me - don't need a lot. great coffee - very strong - like i like it!

the wifi was fast and my daughters could stream movies on it

the parking lot is covered in trash

and spa were closed due to roof damages

been a tornado in the town a few months ago, (long before we booked our room) and the pool and spa area wasn't

the spa hot tub didn't work

we were supposed to have a spa tub but to was just a regular tub

more fruit for breakfast, maybe some doughnuts, juice and or milk

pool was closed for some reason unknown.

they offered breakfast and have a bar that opens in evening but we did not partake in those

there were kids running around and shouting all night

free parking. clean with comfortable beds.

bath door needs to be oiled or a bar of soap rubbed in the joints of the hinges

the spa tub was heaven

love the spa and great looking room. thanks especially to the front desk and her thoughtfulness.

there was long black hairs in the spa tub and we both have very short hair so definitly need better housekeeping

in the room, we had a physically broken tv (not just electrical), and a spa that wasn't usable due to plumbing

pool/spa could be updated.

tub/spa jets were very weak some barely had any pressure at all

spa was closed.

pool was dingy was told the spa was working prior to checking in and it was not the water was cold in the spa

spa whirlpool didn t work

breakfast was amazing!! so much offered.

staff, large room, nice big spa tub, comfortable bed, very clean

chill, and we had the pool to ourselves

was told by grandchildren the pool was green so they came back

staff is extremely friendly, room is excellent and breakfast really good.

restaurant & bar next door was very convenient as well

no spa. don't say spa and have no hot tub

front desk receptionist was thorough with telling us about the facilities and the sports bar and grill

there is an indoor and outdoor pool available

pets allowed with a nonrefundable fee
