tiki bar around pool could have been open more regularly cant take own drinks or coolers to pool

we did this for brunch one day and ended up having a delightful dinner at the golf course, salt leaf reserve,

excellent especially lazy river accomodation quality is excellent house keeping very good parking is excellent

i was supposed to have a spa tub in the room and there wasn’t one. it was disappointing.

the microwave didn't work and the spa tub, was just a large tub with no spa.

but there is no beach , spa didn’t work it was not a high star hotel the balcony had nice views but it was

was no chain on the room door or an interior security lock, and parking is a little bit away from the rooms

rented the deluxe king suite with whirlpool spa tub

227, and said fleas were getting on my dog, we took out like 15+ fleas attached to my dog in the span of 4 days

took the spa hours to let the water out and went out very slow so you had to wait three hours after the

spa didn't work

appears that the enclosed pool and spa were put in after the hotel was built

no room service or spa onsite.

couldn t get wifi to work and was charged for using wifi even though the wifi was hit and miss

for people traveling with kids a plain egg option would have been nice

they are very pet friendly which we loved

some of the tile was falling off in the kitchen and bathroom

their are no cameras in any of the hallways or around the building laundry room not in order breakfast way

services like the spa are booked well ahead

also you have to book the spa in advance before arrival to guarantee your choice of treatment at your preferred

location was amazing! the food & spa were great

main pool is a walk in (great for little kids) fort myers area is so family friendly with fabulous bars and

loved the one bedroom villa with the full kitchen and amazing views of the beach and marina

my massage at the spa was perfect and the view in my gulf tower room was superb

onsite spa and dining were excellent beach staff very attentive

we go downstairs to fix that again go to the spa and ask the spa to charge massages to each corresponding

am going to claim to you because i booked a room for 4 adults and two 7 years old kids and they said they have

sure what the daily resort charge was for since it does not have a spa or golf course on the

pool wasn't chilled & was quite small.

paid full retail for a suite and was never told that two restaurants and the spa would not re-open until september

the beach bar food was great for beach fare and the bartenders were a joy

is no view of the beach from the hotel lobby, restaurants or pool
