we stayed in room 28, the king spa room and it was beautiful

the pool and spa area is really nice,

the spa service was great! clair gave the best aroma touch massage.

dinner served in the outside courtyard was excellent and the breakfast was one of the best ever

breakfast basket was perfect

parking was plentiful which is important when travelling with a second

check in, staff, location is easy, plenty of parking, quiet, comfy, spacious room, clean and

the pool wasn't open because not inside.

my boyfriend and i really loved the bar as well

it's a somewhat gritty area, but lots of bars and restaurants in the area - nearby my favorite spa 'knot springs

dorm is a big area and stairs to the bathroom and kitchen meant you tend to hear what everyone else is doing

gym was really stripped down due to covid and the equipment was rusting

room service was mediocre in options and quality maybe because hotel restaurant has been closed and

breakfast was very crowded and food quality not great, gym was not in good shape

breakfast was amazing, the fitness center had a good weight selection, and the rooms were spacious

only complaint came from my kids that there was no hot cocoa breakfast

the pool and spa but it closes at 9pm and is very busy with children

but for me, having my own little spa day- enjoying nicer snacks in my robe after a steam room would be great
