it also had a laundry which i was not aware of until the last day

very comfortable downstairs and not enough towels for the 5 nights and only one box of laundry detergent and

the sprayer in the kitchen sink was broken

nice beds. good kitchen. good parking. lots of space. clean. private. felt safe.

we loved the pool area and enjoyed the house with our own private pool

easy check in, nice main pool, views and many activities and location

family activity center closes all pools and games at 5pm . no night swims etc

no more kids club like it used to be

the bar men could not speak a word of english and messed up our entire food order

the spa and market place was closed

poor choice for eating, poor quality of food, no comfortable public areas, spa and fitness centre closed at 7pm

the facilities such as pool spa paddleboard use activities and beauty of the resort.

kids activity center with pirate ship splash pad was great, but we spent all day at the resort pool

there was no laundry facilities

besides cleanliness, our biggest complaint is pool/spa hours, which the two villas beside us also said was a

spa and phone was not working

gym had not been replaced yet, understandable but

roomy inside with a full kitchen stocked with everything like a condo is

we didn't mind it much as it has a nice screen and it's the door located in the kitchen and living room area

the lobby was bright and welcoming, with spa water at the door and a lovely smell permeating the room

close to golf course and publix

close to sombrero beach and kids park

poolside amenities were great

and wifi doesn't work inside the room but only

desk in the back of the resort at the restaurant odd normally they are at front but that was the spa desk

it would have been nice to have a spa at the pool.

rooms and lovely additional touches like the beautiful shower mist, turns a shower into a spa

they have 2 pools (with provided pool towels) and lots of yard games for kids

large family (6 adults maybe 6 kids) with picnic boxes, hoards of very loud children, wine bottles and a beat

would prefer a larger beach area & more access to the spa (limited hrs)

we also had wonderful massages at the spa when we arrived

lots of spa and other paid services

i went back i would get a room with a kitchen and eat my own food and not pay for any spa or activities

perfect, it's tastefully decorated, and has excellent facilities: five pools, a cute beach area, spa center,

mille at the spa is a fantastic masseuse and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable

sue at the spa has magical hands and i highly recommend the ultimate spa experience with the stone enhancement

the spa pool. the gym, our room was lovely. the property is beautiful.

the spa is exceptional as well

spa was fully booked i only was able to get a massage which was great with ronald

no restaurant or bar service available

we really would like to thank the bar tender she was so friendly and really

pool was dirty

to be replaced: the rug in the room was a little torn and the edges were peeling off the floor; kitchen tray

the pools were nice and we enjoyed the spa tub most evenings

pool/spa was perfect and we enjoyed both

choice of continental breakfast pick up or order to your room

we rented a 2 bedroom villa with a full kitchen

new but small and showed the older design of the building but nothing wrong with it just not a spa like double

we had a shuttle service ice complimentary to take us anywhere we wanted to go, and the vibe was perfect

service for breakfast and food was very slow due to the problem of the pandemic, they do not have enough staff

beaches, pool, restaurants, tiki bars, games, starbucks, staff, parking, rum punch on arrival

our favorite part of our stay was the beach area and pool

parking is a joke as well got yelled at the first hour i was there

property felt very private was awesome for couples pool , ocean , the dock

wifi is bad. staff is bad. they really don't care.

very quiet place & the pool is very nice.
