an amazing hotel with swimming pool, spa and gym included; i'm so grateful for the receptionist who help me in

clean hotel and spa with lovely rooms, pleasant staff and pretty grounds

and my partner stayed in the humming bird suite, lake side view, beautiful spa bath and the bed was exceptionally

not sure if any gym or spa facilities were available as none were mentioned at check-in.

excellent just minutes walk to the main shopping mall and dining places, room was very clean and spacious, bed

the spa showers and changing room weren t very clean

would of been nice for some sort of spa type facility there

and being woken up by kids banging on the bedroom door then running off and giggling and having a noisey person

used the gym facilities and managed a morning workout, really enjoyed using it and the equipment is amazing

with lots of shopping, a gym, cafes and restaurants all around

paying extra if needed i was told you can't because it's not on the same menu the food is in the kitchen to use

i didn't try the spa facilities but next time i will

water flow to the shower, i mentioned this in the morning and we were upgraded to a suite with spa bath and

bed was very comfy and spa bath was excellent and the staff where very friendly and plenty of

and was extremely hot which made the whole room uncomfortably hot and meant we couldn t use the spa bath

we pretty much had the rooftop bar and the pool to ourselves

sadly couldn't use spa whilst there so can't comment

room was lovely and clean, food was delisious and to top it off the roman spa couples experiance was brilliant

the spa was additional to use - which is very picky to say, because everything else was fab.

we also had the couples roman bath experience in the spa this was out of this world

we will be going back again to eat, stay and use the beautiful spa facilities
