pool and spa was under construction

booked a spa hotel room and when we checked in there was no spatube in the room

there wasn't spa tub in our suite as advertised on your site or theirs

hot tub was only about half full and the chemicals were to strong there was also not a spa tub in the room like

great pool and spa hours and also great food

the restaurants are bad, the spa has no personnel, the gym is substandard and the elevators are out of order

charged a resort fee when the pool and spa are shut down for long term major construction work

was good other than the pool and spa was closed due to construction

the walkway was not working and the pool and spa was closed

also the spa was really relaxing

we didn't like that it didn't have a pool

the staff was extremely friendly and i love that there s a gym

no pool but price was right

we loved the steam room and would have gotten a massage at the spa had we reserved a spot sooner

and right next to the room was the gym that's open 24 hours so i hurt people in there working out

pet fee $75 should be disclosed up front as it nearly doubles cost of room

pillows were great. bar with fish on third floor was beautiful!

had a roll away bed (that literally was almost the size of a full and was so comfortable for my kids it fit 3

what i mean by the comment is that it took several calls and several days to book the spa along with the room

thoughtful details throughout the property like padded lingerie hangers in closets, soft spa robes

spa was a delight

also the spa is incredible

spa prices higher than quoted online

pool was closed, hot tub was closed even though i called ahead and specifically chose this hotel

hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, and though i was a little unwell and couldn't go to the pool, the photos

everything! absolutely the nicest hotel i ve ever been in and the pool area was spectacular!

my room was very big and had the big spa tub i loved and bed was very comfortable and clean

bed was very comfortable and the jetted spa tub was amazing

breakfast was awesome so was the price we enjoyed the spa tub

the spa tub can be cleaned a little better, check out at 11am instead of 12

rooms a lil pricey i stay there a lot cus of the spa tubs

the only thing i can say good about this room was the spa tub.
