spa bathtub could use additional hand rails and better layout

the parking area was big, included, we could park just in front of our window

parking was easy and there was plenty of space

met my expectations. left before breakfast so i could not comment on how breakfast was.

beautiful, clean room with everything we needed and a continental breakfast to get our day started right

room was filthy, neighbors were ghetto, carpet was super dirty, they had no working wifi when they said that

said free wifi however there was issues with the internet we paid for a extra week had to cancel because my

sheets, bathroom dirty, location not safe with high crime potential and police cruisers in the parking lot

the refrigerator smelled bad. the microwave barely got hot. and the wifi didn't work.

was a little far from public transportation & the poolside service was a bit hit & miss (tho the bar is close

an event on terrace made lounging by the pool uncomfortable.

the room was dirty ...the bsthroom, shower, spa tub ...it had dead bugs will never go back

slow wifi but its not a big deal.

the parking did not look welcoming at all and didn't have much light at night and they keep the side

price is great they have late check out and tje location is good, nd definitely clean, all around great

i wanted to surprise my fiance by upgrading to a room with a fireplace as well as a spa tub

the room we stayed in had a spa tube so that was nice to soak in after a long day of travel

the sauna and spa area has no lockers to store your stuff while in

more kids friendly meals.

the views from the windows were spectacular, we used pool, sauna and work out place.

floor had kids running up and down the halls very late on a saturday night and people were talking very

welcoming staff;clean rooms; great location; good breakfast; comfy; good value for

parking is available

i walk into our room that two of us are staying in for 3 nights that includes a spa bath, and we only have one
