the king suite with spa suite

the front desk service and the spa hot tub was amazing!

room was dirty for being a spa tub room

in my spa suite the tubs jets didn't work

i love the spa tube it was very comfortable and fit two people!

the spa was out of service one day, as was the only ice machine

there even a spa if i've is so inclined

they had no laundry soap for the in house washer dryer

and google said the motel had gym and spa which they did not

the laundry room was nice

in the bathroom and hanging system, air conditioning working at par, loiterers hanging out in the parking lot

demands and requirements doors outside did not lock bathroom was very small cable dud not work no wifi rude

the parking lot at night was quite dark for a woman traveling alone.

the wifi signal and speed sucked and the electric outlets didn't work

even a partial refund for inconvenience, also why power was out meant the cameras were out in the parking lot

nice clean room, comfortable bed, pet friendly, warm pool

plenty of space for our family, great breakfast, great location, pool

we were on the 1st floor, right by the pool

the tub was slippery and parking sucked if you get in late but it was okay

smelled like cigarettes and i payed for a spa room that i could not use because there was no hot water

limited tv channels. wifi was not working. the bed needs a couple more pillows

the food in the restaurant across the parking lot had very good food at a reasonable price

big parking area, centrally located on 28th street

it says online that the place has free wifi and it doesn't not, you pay

lazy and did not interact much, smelly hallways, had to get extra hotel key to access the pool, spa was empty

very very nice here my room was very clean they make sure i have everything i need the breakfast could be better

there were bums and prostitutes just hanging around parking lot and doors

didn't like that the breakfast wasn't open and pool area

booked a room here because it was the only one that had a spa in the room

to fix my problem they refuse to give me a discount or my money back they harassment me bout my pet fees after

beds are little hard and hate that the pool closes at 10 pm, but just minor things.

pool is open via reservation which is so much better than just being closed (covid restrictions)

felt the pool and hot tub area seemed dated- but thankful at least it was open and not crowded so we could

ability to log on to personal netflix account easily from the tv, pool was shallow so smaller kids could play

kids didn't have access to juice in the morning because staff said it was

- excellent pool - fantastic, but you need a hot tub down there not upstairs in a spa only

decor was lovely and it was wonderful having a spa on site
