pool was fun for the whole family, very special to be in the pool on the lake
even on a rainy day, there was a ton of games to play in the library bar and enjoy a delicious cocktail

was very nicely decorated, the spa was great and front desk staff could not have been nicer
spa staff are so accommodating professional and friendly

spa jets weren't working
indoor pool and spa area was so nice
had access to the wifi only the night we arrived, and couldn't access wifi in our room after that
bad luck, in total 3 nights stay, my room(216) didn t have wifi

gym could've been a bit cleaner and it would've been useful to have mats for the floor

at the hotel there was again no information in the room concerning spa facilities nor meal times
staff was amazing, the spa experience was amazing!
look forward to the spa unfortunately they were booked
i did not use the spa, but have heard from locals the spa staff is unfriendly and the services are overpriced
