good breakfast fun pool

location, the nice pool, game room, laundry facility, but above all, the staff

staff was nice, paved parking, elevator, my room had a beautiful mural on one wall

to online info it had a working pool and spa area, the spa was not available and was something we really could

everything was wonderful enjoyed our stay the pool and the spa was wonderful would come back again and suggest

saturday and sunday the pool and spa were packed with kids, but monday night we had it all to ourselves which

was happy to spend some time in the spa pool, since i have been having some back issues

the treadmill wouldn t work without a wifi password so the front desk had to get it going

wifi coverage was spotty.

everything was good. nice breakfast.

t eat breakfast but did enjoy the friendly staff at the spa facility

the room was perfect, main reason i booked was for the masive spa tub they had.

couldn t get any spa options hair cut and color, massage, were booked up or short staffed

loved the gift shop and spa salon they employees at both were very nice and helpful

i loved the walkway to the parking garage , the staff was over worked but still very friendly.

the people in the room above us had kids stomping from 6-8 am and woke us up

non - smoking room we booked smelled like giant ashtray and smoke

pool not open and we weren't told

it was right off main highway and interstates. was pet friendly with no additional charges.

like kids sprawled out in front of side entrance smoking, drinking when i arrived

wish the spa was open on the weekend with longer hours. we didn t get to use facilities.

historic building with elegant restorations; spacious and well appointed guest rooms; charming common areas;

and for the money i paid for the room should of had room service 24 hr

all amenities and in hotel restaurant, bar, room service open

suite was great and i loved that so much was co-located here: restaurants, gym, pool, salon, and a bowling alley

i loved the spa feeling to the bathroom

rooftop bar was great had live music the night we stayed

the hotel is pet friendly and the walls are thin

ordered room service for breakfast and it was great

problem was the bar downstairs was not open and the sky bar was only open from 5 till 10 pm

i love best the decor, it is like a spa retreat, very soothing

location is perfect, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the gym access was wonderful, and the access

melted into the only fabric chair in room,the carpet was stained and there are no safety bars in spa or bathroom

the pool and spa area was not clean. the deck and both pools were very grimy.

parking lot--getting to lot on the other side of the hotel was hard, construction of large pillars

love the late check out and the convenience

charge way too much for pet fees

it's a decent area, and reasonable priced aside from the pet fees.

supposed to be non-smoking but someone had used our bathroom like a chimney

had no remote in the bedroom and the parking lot need a redo will not be staying again

would like spa to have evening hours.

nothing really, casino was a little tight.

only real thing that we did complain about was the lack of handicap parking

nice casino loved the room very clean & quiet!!
