spa was a little distance to walk, outside

hartwell house & spa is a hidden gem - a beautiful estate full of history.

earlier than expected for a festival i tried my luck with the young man at the front desk for an early check in

paying extra if needed i was told you can't because it's not on the same menu the food is in the kitchen to use

would be even better experience if there was a spa treatment centre as i am female and have a young male child

when the pool is open to children are too long and at prime times, so usage of the pool and spa area to relax

swimming pool/spa area is slightly out of date and we didn t really enjoy this part of our trip

modern rooms everything needed including fan in hot weather tranquil surroundings lots of green space and lovely

made me a bit nervous not having a guard with two small kids

perfect for kids not adult

maids had a tendency to enter room without knocking first. late check out charges expensive.

fully recommend this hotel 10 floors, all clean and friendly staff, a lovely bar and restaurant area i'm definitely

the size of the room, big comfy bed and the late check out time :-)

spa and treatment was a disappointment as only one lady works there and normally fully booked
