only room left was a smoking room and we don't smoke so it was a smelly night

we were to have a non smoking room

plus we booked a no smoking room but it smelt of cigarette smoke

reserved a smoking room

pool water was freezing, spa was kinda icky in my opinion

indoor pool and hot tub great breakfast and it's quiet the staff is amazing

noisy bad ownership accepts pets, but then hassles you the entire time about them being there although they do

bedding lacking. towel too hard. need to address laundry department hotel not plus level

breakfast available and the kitchenette

laundry room is out of order the vending machine is out of order they name breakfast with cereal,

pool looks clean and inviting

enjoyed the complimentary breakfast

places to eat were close, pool hall was close by.

not much for breakfast

it made showering my kids a little more difficult

had no room service for the weekend things in my room needed to be fix although the maintenance came but

parking a little small

need kids for coffee cups. the breakfast ran out of eggs and sausage.

for the flying roaches in the parking lot and the raccoons that met my husband in the early mornings everything

there isna ? ? t much within walking distance of the hotel. no laundry room.

the breakfast lady was very rude and could tell she did not want to help us

clear and the nice view of the pool

the water coming out of the tub was brown. spa tub needs major updates.

after a long day of sightseeing, the spa bathtub was wonderful!

spa tub is was small so when we review before booking all it said is a spa tub not a small spa tub

the pool has no lounger chairs so i had to lay towels on the ground to suntan, and the jacuzzi isn't

the breakfast was so good and the kitchen attendant kept it clean and fully stocked and he also kept the dining

had to pull several drowning children, not my own, out of the pool on seperate occasions

stayed here before the pandemic and breakfast was awesome but now the kitchen and bar are closed

everything was clean, pool was warm but seating was nice and shaded, super close to a convenience store and

continental breakfast , do not do anymore , spa and indoor pool

my husband and i(wife) went to see the room it had a bad smell as if the previous renter had a pet it so happens

was rude and accused me of breaking tv, pool was green the two days i was there, not useable

spa has been not working the last 2 years

were a couple of the recepticle plugs that didn't work in our room and the hot tub/spa was out of order so that

a little outdated and we were looking forward to the indoor pool but the water was cold and the spa was not

the spa was also very broken down, drained, and covered in caution tape

covid restrictions.. pool and spa closed

i also visited the spa which was very relaxing

i definitely want to check out the spa next time i am in town

i was under the impression that the spa and workout room was included in the stay but it wasn't

balcony s are great for a time outside pool is nice employees treat you great and greet you every time they

hang the towels to dry, so after three days we had a lot of wet towels, being that there was no room service

no pool

no seat on the toilet, bed sheets had burnt spots, no breakfast or juice only coffee.

a breakfast for the price would have been nice, even a continental breakfast

the parking lot was to small and should connect to the mcdonald s parking lot.

there was no breakfast provided, only coffee.

and the pump to spa was broken

the swimming pool spa area was in disarray with furniture flipped upside down everywhere

cleanliness of the spa tub

shuttle service to the airport was very good, the driver was wonderful, the vehicle they are using

the room above me had either kids or a party
