covid restrictions.. pool and spa closed

spa was closed, indoor pool was ice cold

the spa wasn't working and the pool was ice cold

no heat and the jucuzzi/spa was out of service

a little outdated and we were looking forward to the indoor pool but the water was cold and the spa was not

more rooms available with jacuzzi spa baths

friends told us it wasn't in the best part of town but we didn't have an issue and the parking lot was full

remote control car to didn't work. no kitchenette,7am call for no reason... etc

no kitchen as advertised for king suite, microwave was rusty, peeling inside, and dirty

it's not a pet friendly place

door had issues. spa instructions not very good

was construction going on and it was difficult to get in and out of the parking lot with lots of detour and lots

easy parking, near many restaurants on boardwalk and surrounding areas

parking space.

was a small seating area that had a possible pool or jacuzzi we wished it was opened but looked like it had been

well lit parking lot, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and wonderful accommodating staff

free breakfast, waffles are amazing!

didn t eat breakfast . i loved how clean it was and quite it was

enjoyed the breakfast and pool. it was easy to find. staff were also very nice

i was under the impression that the spa and workout room was included in the stay but it wasn't

i also visited the spa which was very relaxing

i definitely want to check out the spa next time i am in town

balcony s are great for a time outside pool is nice employees treat you great and greet you every time they

the wifi isn t the best

their spa was an incredible experience worth visiting

the room was a lil larger & wished the bathtub had been more of a sunken spa tub

the pool was awesome for all ages. the daily activities was a big plus.

the garden tub/spa jets were old and dirty

there was also a spider in the corner of the spa bath

the pool and spa were nice as well

front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed the pool and the kids play area.

they put us real close to the pool since we had kids

spa tub was fantastic

smoking should be 40 to 50 feet away from building

nonsmoking room but first room we were given had over powering cigarette smoke smell

free breakfast is decent for super 8

it was quiet there. the bed slept real good. the breakfast and coffee was good.

spa tub needs to go to the dump

not as clean and not what we expected for a spa tub

after a long day of sightseeing, the spa bathtub was wonderful!

the spa tub was tiny.

the water coming out of the tub was brown. spa tub needs major updates.

furniture and carpets looks worn out

a bigger gift shop and microwave in rooms and some extra games for kids on-site like small game

stay at the san luis resort and spa was grand

the spa treatment arranged for my girl friends 50th birthday just set the tone perfectly

spa lounging area could be larger but massage therapists were outstanding!

when i left the spa i was so relaxed i will recommend san luis resort to everyone that is looking for a great

was amazing from valet, to front desk, bar and spa we felt so welcome

it would be nice if the hotel had its own spa for massages etc, and a hot tub

the spa is located at a completely different property at an actual resort

spa ahhhhhh and the bjiggers lounge!

victoria at the front desk was a great help and paula in the bar is the best
