pool area is great for small

we had the best room right next to the pool in the garden wing

the pool area should open a little earlier.

we loved the quiet pool

tv did not work and not walking distance to pool and spa

the spa experience was lovely and my husband loved the

dated rooms spa nothing worked

easy to park, free wifi, and good value for the money

we paid for a king golf view and were given a queen queen with parking lot view and an additional deposit had

the covid protocols removed much of the magic and the spa was

reservations system for the spa and the dinners is always full and we had to make in room dinning and is not

great location and pool areas for young children

and morning room service with mickey mouse waffles was fun

enjoyed the pool

my niece paid for her spa treatment

spa was wonderfully relaxing and the pool service was amazing

spa staff excellent

the spa was super and i had an amazing massage there

s just unfortunate that they didn t have a spa on the property, i have to go to their partner resort

we stayed for one night for horror nights and they have a themed room service menu for the event which is great

great bed, pool, spa and the best of is that it is inside of universal and the fast pass.

wanted a hotel that was close to universal, gave complimentary express pass, and allowed for our pet dog

reception had confirmed earlier that we could use showers in the spa but spa staff refused - poor communication

the warm spa wasn't functioning properly & generally feel the service & experience didn't live up to past

tried to use the spa to get a massage

the spa staff was rude and had zero consistency among staff.

we had a wonderful stay until the room next door had a family with several kids who were just being fun-loving

only one swimming pool, but plenty of other activities for kids.

food was very good but there is no actual restaurant is just a deli that serves the bar and the room service

the room service options were not good

the indoor pool and spa were relaxing
