the indoor pool and spa were relaxing

can t enter thru the pool area if parked on that side

really liked the omelet station at breakfast and i liked the happy hour complimentary drinks

options were great especially for my picky kids

i love the property i've stayed numerous times my kids love the pool and spa tub

i reserved a room with a spa tub. i was given a room without one.

told that my kids would be able to go to activity room alone at check out but instructor made them leave and

resort activities were great for the kids

only one swimming pool, but plenty of other activities for kids.

only thing that stunk was that spa and other amenities were closed due to covid

hotel does not have a laundry service

flexibility with requests such as early check in for a nursing mom

they allow pets.

24 hour market and starbucks in lobby pool and hot tubs spacious comfortable room

s just unfortunate that they didn t have a spa on the property, i have to go to their partner resort

would have preferred a more informal walk in bar area

and helpful, water taxi from hotel to universal parks was great i wish pool would be warmer, so kids could enjoy
