not enough parking

room didn t have a fridge or microwave, parking is far from check in point, made several trips to unpack into

the couples massage at the spa was amazing

was just beautiful and so relaxing between the spa and the wonderful rocking chairs i really enjoyed my stay

the spa area, there is a sauna, which unfortunately did not work

convenient to west point, comfortable bed, great breakfast

heated pool and basketball court very nice for the kids

that they offer gluten free breakfast since i have celiac :) the bread is amazing wish i knew what the bread

the pool is so nice and clean, too!!

room service did not service our room, breakfast was good but very expensive

leak , the amenities such as pool , spa , fitness center were closed due to this leak and there laundry facility

couldn't access swimming pool, or gym with room key

no room service and dining was limited menu needed handicapped parking near room

wish the old bar was still open....more casual..

parking lots were a little confusing, but staff pointed me in the right direction and we had no

petty, super comfortable beds, room usually has a lounge chair or something like that which is nice

such a beautiful property. we were so impressed with the amenities (pool and gym).

i had to park on the street, scramble to find coins for the parking meter, lug myself and my kids into the

my room was spacious, i liked the kitchenette and living was separated.

spa services are very limited and extremely expensive.

complaint was it was still hot in september and their pool and spa were closed

have two kids and they have a good time a lot of space and not safe environment so i'm happy with everything
