i had assumed that booking a night in the hotel would include access to the spa

spa is amazing

we did not use the spa as we did not have time but it did look very nice

the spa :)

we spent time in the spa and had drinks in the grounds

also great access to both leamington spa and warwick

hotel felt rural despite being only a couple of miles from leamington spa

would have been nice to use the spa area but we understand due to the current situation that is not

here: the staff were all lovely and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the public spaces were well

gym is basic but functional

the location was ten minutes away from leamington spa which was a lovely place to have a potter around the

changing rooms and shower facilities in the spa needed extra attention

amazing the rest of the breakfast was bland, when we booked we weren t made aware there were spa facilities

service could have been better and information could have been shared about accessing the spa facilities when

we had access to the pool and spa at its sister hotel across the road, which was spotless

this was a lovely village hotel we had spa treatments and really enjoyed our stay

to sign in to wifi

access to the hotel was easy with plenty of parking (which is staying at the hotel was free) good links to the

great food, lively atmosphere, good room and parking right next to the hotel

the option of possible room service would have been more than welcome after the bar closed

they allowed us to bring takeaway into our room as they didn t offer room service

the spa was delightful and the staff couldn t have done enough for you

the spa was so peaceful and it was a pleasant surprise to have access to that

spacious room and beautifully decorated dining and leisure areas

we also had no access to the spa facilities, parking overnight was at an extra

spa wasn t working for whole of my stay

food aimed at children had to have adult meals needed smaller portions aim at kids

they have also been so kind as to lend us glasses and cutlery from behind the bar to use in our room so our

no bath, no ready access to room service, no prior warning that parking was additional.

stunning grounds, amazing food and accommodations, beautiful rooms and facilities such as the spa and pool

excellent service. lovely room and spa area is fabulous.

for a spa and relax night food was amazing spa and facilities were amazing just what i needed and did not

fantastic pool and spa facilities

period property with nice spa and the woodland walk was great for the dog

clean rooms, staff really helpful, spa experience was great, beautiful location

shout out to sue at reception, sharon in the restaurant and stuart in the spa area

didn't get chance to use the spa facilities due to our schedule but wish we had as they looked great, too

we briefly used the spa and gym and it was a well equipped space
