brilliant pool and spa facilities

the spa facilities were lovely and excellent location

chose this place for its pool / spa facilities which were lovely, very clean and included in the price

food was excellent and reasonable, the staff were great, the spa was also excellent,the pool heated just

added bonus of a gym and pool/spa area

the 2 ladies who were on at the weekend) the bar staff were lovely young men and the spa guy was really

lovely little swimming pool leisure spa at the back of the hotel for relaxing in which was free for hotel guests

breakfast was nice and the swimming & spa was great water was lovely temperature

staff were great, only problem was the wifi connection - or lack of

parking, friendly and helpful staff, spotless and comfortable room and we had an excellent meal in

the bed is comfy and the superior room are such luxury. the spa is clean and relaxing.

the hotel is exceptional and we had free use of the spa for the weekend

reception/waiters/waitresses to staff in the spa were all fabulous and made us feel so welcome cannot fault

my husband enjoyed the golf course which was in great condition and i took advantage of the spa treatments

the room and hotel was lovely. the spa was of a high quality.

staff was so friendly, i loved the spa treatments i can honestly say i would book again having time to myself

and particularly the staff and the spacious room and the spa and the walk by the lakes

and also just the floor in the spa could have been cleaner

com that the spa and leisure facilities were in a completely different building a 5 minute walk away

clear that pool is outside hotel but still very convenient

location is perfect and quiet but in walking distance from the city extras complimentary swim and gym

the spa loungers were very uncomfortable i thought. your basically sitting on the floor

room was very spacious

jacuzzi in spa was shut. the iron innthe room didn't work.

the spa hot tub wasn't brilliant but it's a minor quibble.
