pool was closed. kids were very disappointed

we had asked for covered parking for a motorcycle, when we stopped at the entry

the continental breakfast had a variety of food that my family enjoyed

on line it said there was a spa tube when in fact there was faults advertising

a change machine in the laundry room might be nice.

really wish the breakfast would go later than 930, especially on a weekend

four days, we could never get our phones or laptops to connect to the hotel wifi

fact of the whole 2nd floor smelled of marijuana and the last night we were there, young kids running up and

we came here for spring break for the kids to be able to swim

pool was way over chlorinated- my youngest son has rash all over his skin and it bleached out my kids' shorts

i realize that it is the pet room but it needs to be sanitized to not smell so doggy

pool was nice and the kids loved swimming in it before community lessons started

the pool. the kids loved it. we also loved the staff! super friendly

always, when traveling with dogs one can assume the pet friendly rooms will have a bit more wear and tear than

messages and spa were fantastic.

it was a peaceful experience overall, and extremely convenient to have the spa and restaurant all inside one

we want to come back to enjoy the spa downstairs and restaurant/bar

parking is very bad because of extra events that they give that take up all spaces.

the cleaning staff was wonderful and the pool, gym, and patios were well-kept and clean.

especially the two pools (indoor and outdoor) on steamy summer day, jacuzzi and small spa area

but u were still able to get a shower but it could be like a spa like experience if they upgraded their shower

bar was very busy, understaffed and the bartenders were somewhat rude initially

parking was limited. always had to walk completely around building to get in.

some of the facilities were down, hot tub and steam room. bar closed to early.

the equipment in the gym on the fourth floor really needs maintenance and in some cases, replacement

helpful, excellent local with shuttle running constantly to get you to clinic, walking distant to fast food,

very close to hospital and shuttle is convenient

nice rooms, indoor pool for the kids and sauna for the adults close to the pool.

all of the hotel was very clean, front desk staff was friendly and interacted playfully with my kids

of food and pop, i found that upsetting - the atmosphere in the restaurant and bar was good, however pricing

thing that couldnt be changed, like the window was quite small so not much natural light and the spa was close

had i been alone, i never would have paid the >$750 (plus pet fee) for the room

t attentive, building was decrepit, they charged $200 deposit and there was nothing in the mini bar or snacks
