swimming pool equipment was a little old fashioned.

always, when traveling with dogs one can assume the pet friendly rooms will have a bit more wear and tear than

parking

the hotel had a cozy atmosphere and had plenty parking.

the spa and the experience was pretty great

we also booked spa treatments and they were fabulous

my spa tub was dirty and broke

pool facilities closed indefinitely so i was informed.

pool was way over chlorinated- my youngest son has rash all over his skin and it bleached out my kids' shorts

on line it said there was a spa tube when in fact there was faults advertising

i liked the location and the parking for our truck/boat. breakfast was good.

the pool was cold, but the kids still swim. the pool closed early.

parking is very bad because of extra events that they give that take up all spaces.

the cleaning staff was wonderful and the pool, gym, and patios were well-kept and clean.

only thing they were doing construction so we couldn't use the gym but all else was

quiet location a bit off the main road, with ample parking, but very close to the highway and suburban shopping

but u were still able to get a shower but it could be like a spa like experience if they upgraded their shower

especially the two pools (indoor and outdoor) on steamy summer day, jacuzzi and small spa area

both restaurants plus room service were top notch

big room, nice clean and quiet, the bathroom is huge and well equipped, breakfast is

the self service laundry was great and the shuttles to and from the hospital was great as well.

room service came within minutes of me call for assistance

pool was not cleaned (we found long hair ) as often as it needed to be

thing that couldnt be changed, like the window was quite small so not much natural light and the spa was close

i didn't like that there was no continental breakfast.

service left however they brought up the sheets and towels and left them on the bed with a free breakfast which

t attentive, building was decrepit, they charged $200 deposit and there was nothing in the mini bar or snacks

in room breakfast was excellent

had i been alone, i never would have paid the >$750 (plus pet fee) for the room
