the building has great facilities( sauna, a few gym equipment, and pool, and a ping
wifi internet kept disconnecting every ten minutes once and i had to give login again and again
could hear kids jumping around in the night time over top of us and hear the toilet flushing and shower

the pool is not very clean after the kids

the parking garage is a decent walk to the room which is not easy with luggage and 3 kids
stayed at the hyatt for its shuttle to different area but we unable to book the shuttle even 3 days in
kids in jacuzzi
gym was good, restaurant was good, needed more choices, very limited in entre and a bit expensive
food was good, but when traveling w young kids $18 chicken tenders & fries is too much

website said spa tub. the tub was tiny
i loved the spa and sauna, as well as the snacks they had for sale downstairs
pool and spa were convenient and parking easy to access

the pool and spa were closed during my stay. the train is not at a walking distance.

nothing works in the room, the outlets the wifi, the carpet are old
outside looks dirty in the parking area
only one laundry machine for all patrons
working laundry, fridge too compact; no vending machines & front desk kiosk seemed too pricey

did not participate in the restaurant or breakfast due to the fact that we were there for a funeral and time
hotel had all the relevant amenities such as a gym, convenience items for sale, a restaurant and guest laundry
mattress was too high off the floor. no grab bar in shower. restaurant overpriced.
great location, professional and friendly staff as well as great breakfast.
