i loved the spa and sauna, as well as the snacks they had for sale downstairs

great staff. very clean, pool nice and warm
the locks had issues, doors were jammed entering the room, and entrance from the parking lot.
breakfast was very nice
is great just the swimming pool should be longer hours to open also the gym gym need more
fresh or warm, no one replenished our blankets or towels for the second night and there was no room service menu

stated maybe a charge for pet only when i got there they told me 105 dollars extra for 1 small dog i will never
a lot of teenagers jumping into the pool with little kids in the
10 minute uber is cheaper than parking for the game
breakfast included, parking, close to highway & restaurants

the pool and spa were closed during my stay. the train is not at a walking distance.

nothing works in the room, the outlets the wifi, the carpet are old
outside looks dirty in the parking area
only one laundry machine for all patrons

parking lot in poor condition
construction, given the wrong room(booked a king and was given a double queen) parking sucked due to wedding
room smelled bad, like a rock climbing gym
bar is great, food is amazing, staff has always been great with me
