spa facilities are great (when they're switched on)

very strange for a spa hotel

impossible to have a relaxed meal there, we ordered room service every time during the entire stay

great breakfast

moved to a room with two double beds and a king bed but it was not a villa and didn t have a kitchen

staff was kind and accommodating. breakfast was delicious. overall facilities looked great.

the beginning the wifi didn't work

kitchen had no cleaning materials

i did not use the spa but it also has one

beautiful hotel, amazing spa with great drinks and food.

the room was spacious and comfortable

we had a hard time finding the parking.... i think that was our fault- but it was frustrating!

they made me purchase a 2nd room for 2 of my kids because they were over the age of 12.

room was spacious, staff kind, facility beautiful, laundry service was fairly priced and prompt

there was a crying baby from 7am to 9am on sunday and running a shouting kids all day

museum, live parrots in the court yard, excellent customer service and the spa was absolutely amazing

bed was not comfortable, next to the laundry area (a little noisy), window to laundry area gave us no privacy

the mattress was very old and uncomfortable, and the noise from the bar across the street was loud enough it

all three rooms had weak or almost zero wifi coverage

the second one didn t have a good wifi connection and i found two roaches on the room

is great, breakfast is amazing, and spa is so good, i really recommend getting a massage there

the spa facilities were not included but had to be paid for in addition

we used the spa every day while staying there -

wished the spa was open later.

gym is nice and adjoining spa has sauna and steam room too

laundry service was reasonable price

one big point - the hotel is pet friendly and offers food and water for dogs

many sitting areas inside and outside as well as kitchen and dining areas for use

it's nice to have a kitchen to cook in

communal kitchen area had everything we needed

there is a spa pool in the middle that leads off to the various avenue of rooms

everything but the spa was out of service for renovation

spa was really good too

services prices like the service of spa were kind off high.
