spa facilities are great (when they're switched on)

very strange for a spa hotel

impossible to have a relaxed meal there, we ordered room service every time during the entire stay

great breakfast

moved to a room with two double beds and a king bed but it was not a villa and didn t have a kitchen

staff was kind and accommodating. breakfast was delicious. overall facilities looked great.

the beginning the wifi didn't work

kitchen had no cleaning materials

i did not use the spa but it also has one

beautiful hotel, amazing spa with great drinks and food.

the room was spacious and comfortable

we had a hard time finding the parking.... i think that was our fault- but it was frustrating!

they made me purchase a 2nd room for 2 of my kids because they were over the age of 12.

museum, live parrots in the court yard, excellent customer service and the spa was absolutely amazing

bed was not comfortable, next to the laundry area (a little noisy), window to laundry area gave us no privacy

the mattress was very old and uncomfortable, and the noise from the bar across the street was loud enough it

all three rooms had weak or almost zero wifi coverage

the second one didn t have a good wifi connection and i found two roaches on the room

caused some issues with hot water, no wifi and most of the last day in the dark

friendly and helpful and my room was in a separate building back off of the main reception and kitchen area

they have laundry service

laundry service was reasonable price

clean and pet friendly

is great, breakfast is amazing, and spa is so good, i really recommend getting a massage there

wished the spa was open later.

gym is nice and adjoining spa has sauna and steam room too

we used the spa every day while staying there -

the spa facilities were not included but had to be paid for in addition

staff friendly and helpfull kitchen free of use terrace with amazing view on volcano

there is also a nice kitchen area and the terraces are nice to sit out and have breakfast

there was a broken window that didn't open and one window that opened into the laundry room

we liked the kitchen space and the terrace upstairs
