warm pool, nice trees

in summer time the garden and swimming pool are very full of life and nice people

location, the swimming pool and the breakfast included in the rate

the pool was really cold and crowded, not one waiter to take a drink in the gardens or pool

only complaint i would have and it is trivial, the beds on the pool view side are a little

great service, valet parking, great breakfast

site has a picture of a small gym but non of the equipment were working besides, the weights were old and rusty

as point of observation need more parking spaces

yummy breakfast we enjoyed eating on the patio overlooking the garden

minimal lot of parking.

just the pool floor, it was a bit slippery, maybe just sweep it more often or use a pool vacuum.

i couldn t get the staff to help me with simple tasks like calling a taxi or helping me with a room service

it's a pet friendly hotel and they didn't charge an extra for accommodation of two cats

room service people are not very friendly, they look at you weird

the rowing machine was broken in the gym. the pool closes too early.

usa and mx tv stations good gym bathroom and amenities were good quality and great shower pressure the price

wifi is slow

after our long exploring days the pool was warm and very relaxing

the gym had a very decent amount/variety of equipment; which is unusual for hotels

post kids under 17 stay free hotel charges for extra guest says only 3 and my search was for 3 adults 1

bar didn t have what was needed for drinks ice machine broken no internet down and tv to many

rooms, restaurant, bar etc
