booked a room with spa bathtub, but got one with a single bathtub

price, location and free secure parking

and the bar next door played music so loud until 4am i could feel the bass in the room

additionally, the room was not soundproof, and there is a bar just around the corner

the bar across the street was very loud up until 3am

none of the treadmills in the gym worked

the pool was really nice

room service was inconsistent

it was a bit pricey and the rooftop bar at the pool can use an upgrade.

some rooms effectively have 1-bar of connection speed or none at all

told us there's parking, which actually means you have to double park in a busy street in guadalajara and run

is great, staff was courteous , breakfast was amazing

no yoga mats in the gym to do stretching, complicated gym access

we enjoyed the pool area with friends and it was great having our own space

the massage at morrocco spa was great and hair salon as well

spa onsite has great services at good prices
