no pool, spa inside or outside facility / room to sit

i used my hotspot as it was secure. free wifi wasn't secure

the room service,they diddn't clean the room 3 times in 10 days

i needed two beds and got one and a roll out bed big enough for one person but had two kids with me

screaming kids and parents past midnight

if they had a pool although spa was great

they have a few spa upcoming renovations that there soon started

i wish there is hot spa tub in swimming pool

the quality of pool/spa water didn't seem to be very good

pool was tiny and spa not in use, the buffet breakfast was way too expensive for us all,and no info was given

basic necessities which you would normally expect, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioners, laundry bags

is no coin operated laundry ( i think there isn't one)

what kind of big hotel has a spa that has only an occupancy of 4 people

all is good. enjoyed the pool .oh the blower in the spa would not work.

i called room service and took them two hours to come by and provide the needed amenities

loved the heated indoor pool and their lobby is real nice and spacious with the vintage vibe

the rooms were comfortable, the room service was good, and the interior of the hotel was beautiful

nice hotel close to the airport great restaurant and bar and airport shuttle

9 floor open space in the center of the hotel just off the elevator nerve wracking when you have kids

the gym, room, room service, valet and staff was excellent. very friendly .

top golf simulator on site. airport shuttle service excellent. good breakfast

the parking lots were well lit and i felt safe going from my car to my room

he even let me park in staff parking so i didn t have to walk so far in the middle of the night

i can t think of anything specific. the pool seemed not clean but too chilly to try anyway.
