what kind of big hotel has a spa that has only an occupancy of 4 people

also, we did not like that we could not use the pool in the afternoons due to the swim classes going on

i called room service and took them two hours to come by and provide the needed amenities

space in rooms and the complimentary breakfast/happy hour were major pluses

9 floor open space in the center of the hotel just off the elevator nerve wracking when you have kids

got locked out of room in the last hour of stay when staff forgot to extend the paid for late check out

great location! hotel shuttle every 10 minutes!

quiet and loved internal courtyard flexible early check in

we had a great stay. we loved the bar area great drinks and food options.
