the staff were superb from the valet, front desk, bar & restaurant personnel

beautiful valley, nice cafe at the golf course, quality of the rooms

breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it is

had to go get wifi info at desk instead of them telling it to me over the room phone

room had no wifi and smelled like a smoking room, despite being non-smoking

then after spa not fixed i asked for manager

the spa was not warm enough, the pool was dirty and sauna was not hot

also the wifi was working really good, so we have had some video calls without any problems

we had a spa tub in our room but the water was only luke warm which made the tub unusable

noisy kids running through the hallways, no proper enforcement by hotel staff.

i was disappointed the spa was an average size tub and not big enough for 2 people

the spa was broken. the food was cold. the iron didn't work.

there is a lovely bar, and i am willing to guess room service

hotel nicely located, at the heart of the city nice breakfast buffet

their little private gym has people sneaking into all the time and taking the water; in addition to punk

idk what the official criteria is but to me, if a hotel does not have 24-hr room service; it is not a 5-star

the gym is the best hotel gym i have ever seen

the pool is amazing and the lobby bar is a charm

a spa style tub would ve been nice to relax in inside the room after work

pool and bar being open was nice, also a gas station and a applebees in the same lot

i liked the garage parking
