upon arrival we learned the pool closed due to remodeling.

we would have ordered room service, but because it was so difficult, we opted to have one family member go out

nice layout, great location in downtown san jose, all amenities and rooms were top notch - gym and locker rooms

as expected. gym is small for actual weightlifting

no room service

i could see the wifi hotspots, but i never got it to connect at a usable speed

loved the full size shampoo and conditioner, lol loved the breakfast loved the gym

the breakfast bar had plenty to

us, it was not a problem, but if a guest would like to order room service, it s not available

wish they had room service and a little larger menu

they do have a great gym and wonderful out pool and spa area

hotel had a beautiful christmas photo prop,my kids loved the little tree contest

the bar had limited cocktail drink choices.

the pool was small and shallow and jammed with screaming kids which meant you couldn t actually swim but i

first room was very humid. had to switch rooms. could be more pet friendly

the spa was broken. the food was cold. the iron didn't work.

paid for a jetted spa room. jetted spa didn t work

spa was great added touch. i enjoyed it.

pool and hot tub where to small

rooms, nice beds and pillows, everything worked, had soaps and shampoo, pool was good, balcony was great, not

a spa style tub would ve been nice to relax in inside the room after work

pool and bar being open was nice, also a gas station and a applebees in the same lot

the pool closes early.

and i think my second-floor room may have been near the laundry facilities because at one

i liked the garage parking

just that there isnt a pool or spa but not really a major problem

great breakfast, great hospitality, and good gym equipment.

no security or security camera on the parking lot.

love laundry, they have a laundry room, but not enough quarters to exchange, i need to cross the street

the hotel was perfect! especially with the fridge, microwave and hot breakfast, unbeatable.

the spa closes too early.

really appreciated the breakfast and queen size beds and the pool and spa was a bonus

bar should open earlier than 4 p

area for everyone, pool not deep enough, bathroom in room was tiny, not enough towels in room, room service was

good gym facilities and generally nice environment
