spa not in working order

was not good, should be a spa instead, ok for little kids

the pool is indoor.

loved the king suite with the full kitchen, fridge and stove

the breakfast. eggs not great, no fruit, limited choices.

the gym was small but had weights and cardio and the room was cozy actually great

i thought breakfast was great staff throughout the property was extremely helpful

smoke alarm and smell of smoke burn popcorn that we have to move to another room/floor because my kids were

the kids, however, were fine with it and enjoyed swimming for a couple of hours

with young kids, having a refrigerator in the room is ideal

: would have loved to have been able to use the pool & spa

the pool and spa were not in working order

pool was dirty, jets in spa did not work. the lights in the pool area and pool did not work.

spa worked the first day i got there, but was broken for the last two days

just not having the pool and the spa to enjoy was a bummer !!

the spa on site was green

but did not/or have access to(because of covid) breakfast working vending machine refrigerator spa

the property advertises a pool and spa but that area was closed

we dined at multiple restaurants and they were all stand-out, valet service was snappy, and the spa was awesome

the room was very clean. the spa was excellent. the high steak restaurant was excellent .

pool and spa were nice, especially with having a restroom, shower, and fresh towels

the only negative was that the pool/spa needed some cleaning

there was a reunion going on so the pool and spa were very crowded.

hiex stay, made better by having access to the pool and spa in a covid safe environment

hotel was beautiful, the rooms were so clean and the pool and spa were beautiful

amazing front desk service! enjoyed the king spa tub! will be back for sure!

had issues with my spa they were right on it

spa not working at all again ! central air was loud and noisy. my girl didn't care for that .

spa was over chlorinated and a staff added chlorine while my son was in the spa (need to add while

the only thing that bothered me was room service. there was no room service.

been so stingy with the sugar and creamer for the coffee in room, he acted like it was from his kitchen
