the spa wasn t working/closed

the spa was not working

beautiful clean rooms and nice pool

need grassy areas within the hotel for pets

lots of kids running around but couldn't hear a thing in my room

spa not working at all again ! central air was loud and noisy. my girl didn't care for that .

spa was over chlorinated and a staff added chlorine while my son was in the spa (need to add while

would have liked for the room service to have later hours

been so stingy with the sugar and creamer for the coffee in room, he acted like it was from his kitchen

pet friendly, $50 charge for entire stay, not per night

spa was not working, empty and dirty, breakfast was minimal continental.

the pool/spa was shared with another hotel and was in bad shape

the spa facilities look like they haven't operated for a

the wifi was fantastic. the style of room was great. the tv was excellent.

extra fee for parking when valet was the only option was unpleasant, and the pool and spa are both closed
