spa facilities can be very busy especially on wowcher or groupon offer days

probably the largest holiday inn we've ever been too, and quite busy with parking nearly full

helpful when i ordered some food, a margarita pizza and a pina colada he went to check the other bar to see if

we arrived very late due to flying home from holiday and we were very tired

every moment, cosy and warm room, big bath and shower, the views and the spa facilities where fab too

the spa makes it and the grounds are lovely

hotel has complete facilities and several sophisticated features in the swimming pool and fitness center

a fantastic stay my 3 kids loved it was not happy that kids couldnt use jaquzi after paying for the but from

room service sucks, rooms are not clean and full of stains and dirt

were very friendly, and helpful in reception and the bar

what a wonderful hotel in the heart of manchester, we came with our kids we loved how quirky and fun the hotel

the family room is exceptional (had it all to myself), gym was great and well equipped (and open 24h, for the

decor was lovely staff were helpful and friendly gym was nice and clean

also received a free cocktail when we purchased breakfast and 25% off spa treatments

that checked us in was very helpful but when i went back a few hours later to book breakfast and spa treatments

everything from rooms to customer service outdoor bar , spa facilities

food is amazing, bar is nice the design and decor, the gym the spa the staff friendliness

everything! unfortunately we were too busy with an event, to visit the spa facilities.
