we liked the location, spa & restaurant

loved the spa and hot tub experience and the staff were so nice

were lovely and friendly the spa was a real bonus

what a wonderful hotel in the heart of manchester, we came with our kids we loved how quirky and fun the hotel

in room and had to use corridor for fresh drinking water - furniture very uncomfortable - no room service or

hotel was great with kids, they were so happy there and the staff was amazing
