big spa area

super comfy beds. awesome pillows. the pool is very spa-esque. great location for foodies.

the lock in our first room didn t work on the door, it just smelt like used greasy laundry in there

we took advantage of some of the services offered in the attached damara spa which were also excellent

the rooms were well appointed and spacious, the decor and ambience was lovely, the service at the front desk

loved the hot tub and the spa in hotel

booked spa services only to be late because the service we requested was off site

i asked about the spa at reception and she basically told me to figure it out myself

don't use the spa services, pedicure was terrible for the money paid!

beds were great. opened the slide early for the kids

waited in the lounge for service and no one waited on us, no sign anywhere to go to the bar for drinks so we

were 4 of us but only got 2 bottles of water, only 2 towels & not enough spare bedding for the kids on the hide

room was clean and pool and spa were nice.

didn t let us know the spa was down for maintenance

fridge froze food, could not see a setting. hot tub/spa was cold, same temp as pool.

easy to locate, ample parking, friendly staff, food was good

ev charging at a pet friendly hotel, with a very comfortable room.

not sure if location of our spa bath suite was too close to pool so constant running feet, screaming and doors

what we needed very clean was above and beyond what we expected even had robes in it and the spa bath was amazing

location right at highway, clean big room, good pool /spa area

one staff opend my door morning amd asked room service and i said no and she just walk away.
